Chocolate crackles

For science this term we are looking at states of matter. We observed how honey and coconut oil can be both solid and liquid. We made chocolate rice crackles by mixing these ingredients with cocoa and rice bubbles. It was fun! Next week we will look at water: solid, liquid and gas.
