Ambury Farm

We had a lovely time at Ambury Farm. The animals were friendly, the farmers were kind and even the weather was good to us today.

It looked just like a typical shearing shed that you would find in New Zealand.
We smelled the wool. It's oily because it is covered in lanolin.
The wool smelled nice for some people but most thought it was a bit smelly.
The farmer sheared off the crotch because it gets pooey and can attract flies.
We all had a go down the sheep shoot.

Thank you Fantastic Foram, our parent helps Ibrahim (Mariam's father) and Kelly (Mikayla's mother), and the Ambury Farm staff for looking after us on our farm adventure.
